RETURN POLICY

How will I received my order?

You will receive your order via DHL for tracking purposes.  Receiving your order in a timely fashion and safely is very important to us.  You’ll be sent your tracking number so you can track your shipment on-line.

What if I miss my order?

If your order is returned to our warehouse we will reship the order to you on a pre-paid basis only.   Due to the high cost of shipping, $30.00 will be charged in addition to the reshipping fee.

What is there is a problem with the order? We at Alexiussimone pride ourselves on providing high quality apparel and take extra quality control steps to give you the best product.  However, if there is a problem and you need to return the product items email info@Alexiussimoneapparel within 7 days, and use the “Return Authorization” in the subject line. 

Request a return authorization and include your order number, company name, address, city, state, zipcode and phone number.  List the reason for the return.

  • Items returned must be in the original package
  • Unworn
  • Show no signs of being professionally dry cleaned or altered in any way

Within 7 business days –

  1. Receive a refund minus a $30.00 restocking fee
  2. Product Exchange
  • If the purchase was made via credit card a credit will be processed against your credit card.
  • If the purchase was made via check – we will wait until the check has successfully cleared the account and send the refund to you.
  • If the purchase was made via money order  – A company check will be sent for the refund amount will be sent to you

After 7 – 15 business days

Product exchange only.

Bad Checks: A $35 fee is assessed on all checks returned unpaid.
